Yes, Mediflow offers Net 30 payment terms. A credit application will need to be filled out. To apply for terms please contact us here or contact your Mediflow sales rep.
Shipping charges are calculated from the nearest Mediflow® distribution center. Oversize packages may be subject to flat rate shipping fees.
We have the flexibility to ship your packages to multiple locations. In order to process the shipment, please log in to your account.
Under “My Account“, go to “Address Book” and click “Add New Shipping Address” at the bottom.
The next page will ask you to add your shipping address and click save.
You can provide many different addresses where you want your packages delivered. Please be informed that you will need to place an order for each separate location.
On the check out page, you will have the option to select your preferred shipping address. Once the order has been completed, you will be notified of your order number, your invoice, and a tracking number within 24 hours.

There is No Minimum Order quantity. When ordering pillows you must order in case packs (multiples of 6).
When your Mediflow® order is placed online via https://retailers.mediflow.com/, your order will ship out from the nearest Mediflow® Warehouse.
We typically ship orders by the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a FedEx Ground Tracking Number via email. All Packages required signature upon delivery, and we’re doing our best efforts to have your package delivered timely.

FedEx will attempt delivery 3 times. You’ll get an email confirmation that your package’s delivery was attempted, failed or that delivery was refused by the carrier. Delivery failures happen for different reasons such as incorrect address, returned packages, and or due to PO Boxes. We highly encourage you to contact FedEx immediately to provide resolution. Otherwise, after 5 business days, the package will be returned to our third party warehouse. The initial shipping costs, and re-shipping your package will be your responsibility. Please note that it’s your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you need more assistance, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Yes, Mediflow Inc. provides a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Mediflow offers all consumers a 30-day satisfaction return policy. If a customer is not happy with their pillow, they can return that for a full refund. Please note: The return MUST occur through the place of purchase, with proof of purchase. Mediflow does not directly refund customers who order from 3rd party retailers.

One of the best features of the Mediflow Waterbase pillow is that it is completely customizable when it comes to firmness.
Users are able to add or subtract water, customizing it to their desired level of comfort.
To start off we suggest using 3 quarts of water and work their way up from there. Max limit is 5.5 quarts. A filling chart is provided with purchase of a pillow.
The water can be left in the pillow for up to one year, and then it should be changed. Many people like to wash their pillows, so that is a good time to change the water, because need to empty the water from the pillow before washing it.
Yes. If you use well water, you might want to add a few drops of bleach to the pillow water.
Yes, the Waterbase pillow can be washed according to the instructions on the care label.
Unzip pillow and remove foam core. Place only the cover in the washing machine. Water temperature should not exceed 105 degrees. Let the pillow air dry or use the “no heat” setting on your dryer. After it is dry, put the foam core back into the case and re-zip.
The pillow should be placed “cap down” against your mattress.
The Water Pillow by Mediflow – Elite Fiber is a “Jumbo” size – it is 20″ x 28″ and will fit a standard or queen pillowcase.
The Water Pillow by Mediflow – Memory Foam is Standard size: 46 cm x 66 cm (18″x 26”) and will fit standard sized pillowcases.
